Rfum Fragrance Return and Exchange Policy

At Rfum, every fragrance is crafted with care and considered as an experience to be discovered. We aim to ensure your order arrives beautifully and safely. Because perfume is a personal and sensory product that comes into direct contact with the skin, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been purchased and shipped.

Thank you for your understanding and for supporting the integrity and purity of our creations.


Before Opening Your Order

We kindly encourage you to record a clear, continuous unboxing video when you receive your package. This helps us assist you quickly and smoothly should anything unexpected occur during transit.


If Your Item Arrives Damaged

In the rare case where a product arrives broken or compromised, we are here to help.

If you notice any damage upon opening, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To assist you, we will ask for:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. A full, unedited unboxing video showing the parcel from unopened condition through the moment of discovering the issue

Once our team reviews and confirms the damage was caused during delivery rather than after receipt, we will arrange a replacement with care. Each case is personally reviewed, as every fragrance and every customer experience matters to us.


When We Are Unable to Replace or Refund

To maintain product quality and safety for all customers, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds in the following situations:

• The product has been opened or used

• No unboxing video is available for verification

• The item was damaged after delivery due to storage or handling

• Personal scent preference or expectation differences

We deeply appreciate your understanding, as these measures help ensure every bottle that leaves our atelier remains pristine and authentic.
