Rfum ships worldwide. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and total weight.

Tracking

We ship using trusted international couriers. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time & Possible Delays

Delivery time varies by region. Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs clearance or local courier handling.

Duties & Taxes

For international deliveries, customs authorities in your country may apply duties, VAT, or import taxes. These are not included in the product price and are payable by the recipient directly to the courier (e.g., DHL) upon delivery.

As customs rules vary by region, these fees may differ by location. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to assist if guidance is needed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of perfume products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened.

To support any claim of damage during transit, we kindly request that you record an unboxing video when opening your package.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rfum.official@rfumfragrance.com and include:

• Your order number

• A clear, unedited unboxing video showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Opened products without unboxing video proof cannot be replaced.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will refund the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
